I can not fault booking surgery one bit! I had previously had surgeries in the UK and was very sceptical about going abroad but after a lot of research and chats with my coordinator Robert my worries were put at ease. From the pick up at the airport right through to leaving, the care and attention were on point! Nothing was too much hassle (they even got me an appointment at the hairdressers!) Robert was always on hand to answer my many questions with speedy informative replies! I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙂

Mike smith messaged me back after putting out a enquiry - was messaging over a couple of months him answering a thousand of questions as I've never done anything like this before, answered all my questions and reassured me. Couldn’t fault the company at all. I had an extended tummy tuck, breast uplift and reduction and 4 areas of lipo with Dr Yalcin at Medicine hospital. My coordinator Nina Ord is amazing, always there to answer any questions I had before and after surgery. You can take a companion with you. Translator is always around to help if needed or you could always use Google translate. I’m going back for my second round of plastics in April with Dr Yalcin. All the staff from the Nurses, cleaners, translators to surgeons are friendly and happy to help with anything if needed. The hospital itself is extremely clean and looked after.
I couldn’t fault anything! 5* service all round. From booking it via WhatsApp with a co-ordinator, to arriving at the hospital by the bookingsurgery.com driver, the nurses, the translators and of course my surgeon! Dr Nebil. Currently recovering at home but it has been the best decision I’ve ever made.
From start to finish my experience was 5 stars! My coordinator Penny River, my surgeon Dr Yalcin, the Medicine Hospital, all its staff, the translators all incredible! I had an extended FDL tummy tuck, 5 areas of liposuction and a breast lift and implants and I’m thrilled! I’ll be back for more!
I was collected from my Hotel in a luxury vehicle. When I arrived at the surgery I received a very warm welcome from the staff. They were very efficient and showed me my room for the day. I was soon taken to the operating room and had my bariatric balloon inserted under general anaesthetic. The procedure was quick and easy and I felt no pain or discomfort during the insertion. I would highly recommend this hospital.
Absolutely swear by this company supported me from start to finish im 9 weeks post op and still they Continue to support me when needed. The interpretation ladies where more like nurses nothing was ever too much even helping me to go to the toilet and walk the corridors. Last but not least Dr nebil is a miracle worker.
Amazing experience with booking surgery. I had plastics at Medicine Hotel and could not fault them all all. Everyone was so nice and professional, nothing was too much to ask the translators (Kevin) were there 24/7 to help out with anything. And everything was explained so well. This is the only company I would recommend and come back in the future if I ever needed.
This is not my first experience with booking surgery both in September with my baby sister and in December with my friend for support. The hospital was clean, the staff were amazing, they are very thorough with their care. I couldn’t fault it. I will definitely recommend this hospital for any procedure you name it.
Great company. Surgeon Dr Emin and the booking surgery staff were amazing. I was given constant care throughout the 4 days I was at Optimed hospital and the nurses were very proactive and treated me with great care. Everyone was extremely helpful and I am so happy to have chosen to complete my surgery here. I am forever grateful.
