My coordinator was Nina, unfortunately Nina left and I was picked up with Chloe white, Chloe was also fantastic, never a bother if I needed her, was meant to be in optimed, my doctor was fantastic. Dr. Ali Tardu. However he was allocated to Yaşam, I followed the surgeon. He was so sweet and a delight. I felt in safe hands with the nurses, the hospital was spot on, I did use google translate a lot because I’m from Liverpool U.K and my accent is really strong. The whole experience was fantastic from my point of view and I done all my research and it was better than expected. Will be using again for sure on any future surgeries. Thank you to everyone!! It’s life changing, you should all be proud of yourselves xx

Amazing surgeon , i had dr fatih and my co ordinator was Bruce , everything is explained really well to you and the post op test that were carried out were absolutely fantastic , I have been to another company in Turkey for other cosmetic surgery and have to say that booking surgery is definitely the best , the translators … Mustafa and Stella were amazing and the day time staff were also fantastic , 2 of the male nurses especially were brilliant with me as I travelled out on my own and found it very emotional and they couldnt have been nicer to me.Blood pressure and checks were carried out continuously, honestly if I could give this company and my surgeon a 100 star review a would. From the booking stage, sorting my medical reports, to deposit payment, to booking my flights, securing a visa, travelling to Turkey, driver pick up to the hospital, preop preparations, surgery day, post op support and care to coming back to the UK, one thing I can say is that this is a very HANDS ON company! The support provided and personalised care plan was top notch. At every given instance, there was a care coordinator or dietician to answer your query or get feedback from a surgeon/doctor. They are worth recommending, and if I were to go through a sleeve surgery again, I will choose them in the blink of an eye! In a heart beat hands down! Booking Surgery, you are the best! Thank you 😊

Everything really took me by surprise, the staff were so friendly and encouraging. The translator was so kind and welcoming. My Co-ordinator Bruce Grayson, went above and beyond to make sure I felt good and safe through every aspect of the journey there and back, he even went and visited me in hospital. The surgery went great and I’m losing weight. Overall 10/10 service and care.

My experience with booking surgery was excellent from booking the appointment with a coordinator all the way through to discharge. The hospital (Optimed) was very clean and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to look after you. My surgeon was excellent, knowledgeable and caring and didn’t rush to discharge and visited each day. The translators are always on site to help with anything you need to ask or to find out and are very competent. I highly recommend booking surgery.com and this hospital for any plastic surgery.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end, enquired about gastric sleeve and was put in touch with Mike Smith who was my coordinator and was with me the whole journey answering any questions I had, when I arrived I was picked up from the airport, the extended tests they did before surgery was impressive making me feel at ease with my decision, my room I was in was fantastic and the nursing staff and translators was always to hand. After surgery I was meeted with more tests and kept an eye on constantly until my discharge, the surgeon was amazing Dr kagan katar thoroughly checked me before and came to see me and how I was after surgery every day to make sure everything was healing and I was recovering well, also had the dietician pop in and see me Racheal explaining everything and how to manage my tiny tummy moving forward, I had surgery Tuesday 18th Feb, my only regret is that I didn't do it earlier!!! Can't thank the team I had enough for giving me my life back ☺️

From the moment I was given the contact for Mike Smith, Patient coordinator at Booking Surgery my life transformed. I’d lost weight and it all went on my bust. So easy by WhatsApp and before I knew it after sending photos to Mike he had me booked in with one of their specialist surgeons. Picked up from airport, warm welcoming at surgery. Can’t praise everyone enough from, cleaners, dinner ladies, taxi drivers, translators, hospital staff, fabulous rooms and obviously top man Dr.Nebil for the precise top class surgery which has turned my life around and made it such an incredible experience. I was so well looked after with lots of hospital checks done, bloods, X-rays, scans etc. and aftercare checks. I will be back again with a friend for more miracle surgery to be performed, and a great thankyou to Mike Smith who is still there for me now to answer questions and give any advice I ask😀❤️

Had gastric sleeve in may 22 (Dr Tardu), been back for 360 FDL in Feb 25 and going back in sept 25 for breast implants and honestly the co-ordinator is always on hand, driver takes you to and from airport, hospital staff, nurses, translators, surgeon (Fatih), cleaners, all amazing and 100% recommend.

My coordinator has been Basak since 2019 , and I must say she has also become an amazing friend , she always help me make my decisions on what help I need , she is always there to see me when I arrive with flowers and makes sure I have enough snacks , as she knows I don’t like hospital food , in total I have been to Istanbul 4-5 times , I know everyone is different and go for different prcedures , and not all have the outcome they want , but for me I can say nothing bad at all about them , my aftercare has also always been great , if I have a question Basak always gets the Answer I need , food is not fab always comes cold , but the hospital I went to mediistsanbul was nice and clean , staff was alway good to me , and the interpreters was fantastic always there to answer. Every question I needed answered. They also help me with my flight since I get special assistance at the airport. The driver took me into the airport and waited until I went through passport control. he made sure I had everything I needed, of you have a question ask you coordinator, they may not be the quickest at answering but you also must respect they are also very busy , in all 5 star from me

Bonjour à tous, aujourd'hui je voulais partager avec vous mon expérience avec Booking surgery, au début j'étais très hésitante mais j'ai changé d'avis, j'ai envoyé le formulaire avec les données et immédiatement après Pierre Elliot m'a contacté, c'était un coordinateur fantastique qui m'a suivi pas à pas, il ne m'a jamais abandonné, il a toujours répondu à mes questions, il m'a accompagné du premier jour où nous nous sommes écrits jusqu'à aujourd'hui !! N'hésitez pas, mon chirurgien était le Dr Ali Tardu, également très disponible, gentil et toujours avec le sourire, les infirmières et tout le personnel de la clinique Yasam étaient fantastiques, je ne pourrais pas dire le contraire,Bill a également aidé mon mari pour le commandes de nourriture pour lui😅,il a été très disponible. Ma renaissance vers une vie meilleure commence avec ma manche gastrique !!! n'hésite pas….💪💪

I returned home yesterday after 360fdl, breast uplift and implants with the amazing Dr Emin. I have been so well cared for by everyone I have come into contact with. The nursing care received at Optimed hospital was perfect. I started researching surgeons and hospitals around a year post sleeve and everything kept bringing me back to booking surgery.com. Being an ex nurse I really wanted somewhere there was a complete hospital stay and I wasn't shipped off alone, to a hotel somewhere. I am a bit of a control fiend! I wanted to make sure I was as healthy as I could be pre op, I made sure my nutrition was on point, no drinking for 3 months, upped my exercise and for my return home I've got all my lymphatic massages booked, all my food prepped etc. I covered all the practical stuff. What I didn't prepare myself for at all was the mental changes that need to happen. Changing my dressings today and seeing my body in the mirror. (Id only had quick glances at the hospital when the nurses changed my dressings) to take the time today and actually see myself, the transformation is utterly incredible. I feel like they've put my head on someone elses body! It's going to take me a while to get used to looking so different! Hopefully my head will catch up soon. I don't know if Dr Emin understands how truly amazing he is?! My life will never be the same again!! I am eternally grateful 🙏 I have already paid the deposit for my 2nd surgery! And thank you David Turker for always being at the end of the phone xxx
