I have recently returned from having surgery in turkey which I booked through booking surgery. The process from start to finish has been phenomenal and still on going as my coordinator is still happy to help with any questions I have post op. My co ordinator was Robert Campell, he’s truly been fantastic, at the beginning he was great at responding to my worries and always making me feel at ease, and even now post op with anything I need, I never have to wait long for a response from him. Truly lovely person. I have to say all the coordinators are brilliant and happy to help with questions. Booking surgery as a whole has been brilliant, the social media groups, the support etc, they have everything from transfers, which is brilliant as they help so much with the airport when returning back home, the translators in the hospitals, they were fantastic, nothing was ever too much. What I really love about booking surgery is that you can take a companion with you who can share your room with you. This is an absolute game changer from other companies and I truly hope this remains in place. When booking loads of info is given re the surgeons and the hospitals. I was so happy with my surgeon and hospital, surgeon was fantastic, professional and respectful, the hospital was so modern, hotel like. I highly highly recommend booking surgery and I will definitely be using them in the not so distance future again. Thank you for everything

I have just had surgery at Medistanbul with Dr Yalcin. I had 360fdl and breast uplift. The experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Interpretators Lily, Morgan, Naz and Frank where quick to solve any issues that I came across and were super friendly. I personally never had any issues with the food at the hospital. I just never had much of an appetite after surgery but gave things a try. All in all a wonderful experience to be had and I would definitely recommend ☺️

First of all a big thank you to Bruce Who arranged everything from start to finish. I arrived at the airport where I was greeted by Denis who’s a lovely friendly driver who gave us water and signed us into WiFi. From the moment we arrived at yasam hospital the care was great. My partner and I were shown to our room which had enough room for us both and a hospital bed for my partner. The room was very clean and we had our own walk in shower room with toilet. I met the translator who spoke good English and between him and the staff it ran smoothly and.i had all my test done there and then. On the day of my op I was greeted nicely by Dr Nebil who is amazing by the way with the translater and made sure I understood everything that he suggested which was great very pleased with my result. After the op I was brought back up the care of the nurses r great and I wouldn’t change any of them. They got me up walking as soon as they could and there were very attentive to me . They check on you all of the time and were quick to jump on if something went wrong. Dr Nebil phoned on a Sunday checking that everything is ok that’s great commitment to his patients. I would definitely book with him again if I had any more work to be done . When it was time to leave they arranged wheelchair assistance for me and everything went well . My first experience was excellent and if I had to come back I would have my boobs doing only with dr nebil. Thanks to everyone and I mean everyone thank you so much for looking after me whilst I was in your care . Much love Rosaleen xx

Went for a gastric sleeve last week, the care I got was amazing, nothing was ever to much, interpreters were amazing, the nurses would come in and check on you ask if you need anything if you needed pain relief or wanted to ask something they would come straight away, the room was so big, cleaners came in every morning was very clean, surgeon came to check on you after surgery, my coordinator Bruce was amazing if I had any questions he was happy to help, responded very quickly, would definitely recommend booking surgery.

When I think of Booking Surgery I think of a family tree with roots where our journey starts and finally ends with them giving us the tools to bloom. This has been a 4 year relationship with Booking Surgery. My journey started in sept or 2020 when I went for a gastric sleeve weighing 22 stone now down to 11.5 stone. I researched this company for months and found that they were and are one of the only ones that offer a full hospital stay from start to finish that way I knew no matter what happened I was covered in an emergency in a fully equipped hospital and not a HOTEL. The service from start to finish has been phenomenal from both my co-ordinators Basark - for my sleeve( and Mike smith for the 360fdl and arm lift and now my last one to complete my journey, my thigh lift. I had all my plastics with Dr Yalcin ( nicknamed Dr Yummy by all his patients). Trying to do justice to his work is impossible, and he always has this amazing smile that makes you feel safe. Perfection and the hands and mind of an artist where he perfectly sculpts and moulds your body into a work of beauty. Booking Surgery has this slogan that says "I booked and surgery and it changed my life" and it has for me in every way possible. This would never have happened for me without Booking Surgery and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this journey. Do you research speak to the patients and hear our lived experience. I have been to 3 of the hospitals they have used and with all of them the staff, service and experience has been amazing. From the airport transfer to the translators that meet you when you arrive, they sort all your medical tests, problems, food and anything you need they meet those needs. There are always translators available day and night male and female depending on your preference. The best part is you can bring a companion with you at no extra cost for the hospital stay and they stay in the room with you. Obviously their flights and insurance is not included. For my journey in Sept 23 I had William and Morgan, April and Nas and Nadia. They made it feel like home. They all speak fluent English and for some accents just speak a little slower. For my current stay at medistanbul it was lovely to come back to old faces like William, Morgan, April and Nadia which was so lovely to see again and new faces Frank and lastly the lovely lily, who was absolutely amazing her translating skills and problem solving made my journey even better she bonded so well with my companion who loaded her with questions for information to support other procedures that didn't include plastics that Booking Surgery was onboard to support and accommodate that would change her life, but that's not my story to tell, Booking Surgery and lilly may have made that possible again changing lives..... My journey has ended at Medistanbul and wow what a lovely placed hospital right next to a shopping mall with a starbucks which is amazing. The mall had clothing stores, a supermarket and a whole top floor for food should you want something else, they also had burger king a chicken place similar to KFC called popeys and other foods such as pizza etc etc. Even though my journey has ended with booking surgery my support to them will not as I have recommended them to a few and 2 of my friends have booked a surgery and one has asked me to be her companion for her return. I have supported her from the start of her journey to change her life and Booking Surgery opened that door. It's funny how the connections you make in life affect you and those around you. I booked a surgery and it changed my life and because of those connections to Booking Surgery it's also changing the lives of those around me. So I originally researched a lot of companies to have my sleeve a year prior to actually having it, and booking surgery was always the one that seemed to stand out the most for all the right reasons. I went ahead and had my sleeve in February 2023 done by the very talented Dr Katar, after losing over 8 and half stone, then maintaining for several months I decided it was time for plastics, so I got in contact with my coordinator Rob Campbell and began researching which plastic surgeon I wanted, Rob was very helpful through each step of the booking process, any questions I had he answered in detail, I went ahead and booked with Dr Nebil Selimouğlu to have a 360 FDL, mons lift, muscle repair and breast uplift with implants under the muscle. I had this surgery done on 15th April 2024 at Yasam hospital, and I don’t have any complaints, the hospital was well equipped and clean, the nurses, staff & translators was all great, if I did occur anything I was unsure of I told one of the translators and it was dealt with straight away, Oscar was my favourite translator, he was very caring and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. Dr Nabil is a magician, he’s work is impeccable and he is such a nice caring man. He came to see me every day sometimes twice a day while I was there, I think having full hospital stay while there really helps with recovery. I am very early into my recovery journey but already thinking about my next round of plastics again with Dr Nebil. I can’t recommend this company, doctors, nurses, staff and translators enough! Thanks all at booking surgery, I will see you again in the future.

FDL & MINI BRA LINE LIFT This was my second lot of plastic surgery with booking surgery. My surgeon was Dr Yalcin, he is also known as Dr Yummy🤣. My Coordinator was Nina Ord and she had arranged a transfer from the airport to the hospital for when I arrived, the driver was there ready and waiting as soon as I got to gate 8 (the collection point) he helped me and my companion with our bags and was very polite. The transfer from the airport to the hospital was about 30mins. I was then greeted by two members of booking surgery staff April & Lilly. My room wasn’t quite ready but while we were waiting they took myself and my companion for something to eat. Medistanbul is a new hospital that booking surgery are using so I was quite nervous about going somewhere that I hadn’t been before as my previous surgery was at medicine with Dr Yalcin. All pre op tests was done within a few hours and I was then able to walk about the mall next door to the hospital and check out my surroundings. The rooms are spacious, clean, you also have Netflix to watch too. Fast forward to the day of my surgery I reminded Dr Yalcin that I was quite poorly with my first lot of plastics and he was able to change some medication around so I wasn’t poorly when I come around. I am currently 4 days post op and I couldn’t be happier. The aftercare from Dr Yalcin has been great. Always answered any questions or worries I had. Translators Morgan, Naz and Lilly are always around if you need any help with anything. Always knocking on your door checking in on you and asking if you need anything. The cleaners have been cleaning my room on a regular basis, the nurses have been answering my buzzer when needed. Kept me up to date with my pain killers and ext. Google translate is a good app to have just in case you need something and the translators are busy with another patient. Over all my experience at medistanbul has been fab and if I wanted to come back for anything else with Dr Yalcin wouldn’t hesitate.

During my time looking into various surgeons I came across many reviews and friends who had been to Turkey. I work within a professional legal setting and made checks into the experience of the surgeon and his work prior to being at Optimed. It took time to get a date that suited my work commitments as I needed time to recover. I was soo glad I waited for the best surgeon who specialises in real curves and getting the best shape to enhance my shape and goals. Dr Mehmet Emin Atil spent time going over my plans for surgery and explored the procedure in detail. He has faultless english and a reassuring nature. I do not need other surgery but my family members will and I wont hesitate to recommend. The hospital and staff are soo friendly and kind. I even managed to teach them some Glaswegian. The hospital is absolutely spotless and is central for companions to explore and have time for themselves whilst you recover. It was great having support by all the staff who are so friendly and helpful with everything. Optimed for me was a pleasant stay and the hospital is far superior to anything you will experience in the Uk.

I had a gastric sleeve at Optimed hospital performed by Dr Ali Tardu. EVERYTHING from the airport pick up to the surgery itself and the amazing aftercare are faultless. The hospital is SPOTLESS, my room was cleaned twice a day, nurses were so smiley and professional, I literally wanted for nothing. I'm now 11days post op and have had 0 complications or regrets.
