I had a Fleur de Lis booked through Booking Surgery and performed by Dr Ahmet Kormutlu. I was very apprehensive at first and scared. The coordinator responded quickly to any questions I had and offered reassurance throughout. Whilst here my companion and I have been treated well and nothing was too much trouble. I had a full health MOT before the surgery and guided through each stage. The support staff including Serhat, Nadia & Salim were all so helpful - great support. I’m so pleased with my results, the package I’ve been given for aftercare and follow up offered by Dr Ahmet. For anyone in two minds - go for it! Excellent service by Booking Surgery, great results

Myself and my mum both went to Turkey on 6th December both for a gastric sleeve and the experience we had was 5 star from the pickup at airport to the meeting rooms was enormous and spotless cleaned couple times a day I myself is terrified of needles and was very scared but all the nurses and staff was amazing nothing was too much for them and always checking on us constantly also since I've been home they have contacted me to ask how we are and the dietary person done a meeting overall the experience was amazing and any future surgery I will be using booking surgery as is my few friends next year the best out there 😀 ❤️ xx

Booking.surgery medicine hospital was 10/10 experience from the translators to the cleaners and the nurses. I was well looked after and they were super accommodating to my partner who flew out to me the next day! Selum and Mike were my Co-ordinators and we’re so reassuring and helpful! All questions you have they are happy to answer and always make time! The care itself was too class and I felt extremely comfortable all the way! My translators Matt and April were so so good and I couldn’t thank the team enough! The cleaners were always smiling and giving me hugs and it felt like a real family! 😊 massive thank you to the doctors including Dr Katar who directed my surgery and came to check on me also! This was such a great experience and I cannot thank you all enough! If anyone is looking to get any kind of bariatric surgery this is the place to go! ❤️😊

I arrived Sunday for a gastric sleeve and from walking through the door the care and attention was excellent. The staff go above and beyond to care for you both physically and mentally. I had my surgery at 4pm Monday, it was a little frightening but a young nurse used her mobile to translate and talk to me which was lovely and definitely helped. Once in theatre I was sort to sleep the next thing I remembered was walking up on my way back to my room. The staff looked after me and made sure I was comfortable . The room is spacious and has everything you need. The cleaners deserve a gold medal, they work 24/7 none stop cleaning. My surgeon visited me each morning to check on me. All the staff were fantastic and I would highly recommend medicine hospital.

Fabulous hospital and staff. The nurses work incredibly hard to make everything comfortable for patients. The rooms are all cleaned multiple times per day. If you’re going take your own teabags and maybe Cadbury choc for the lovely nurses!

I don’t think I could have coped with my anxiety without my coordinator “Emily”. She was caring and consistent. From the beginning. Everything was organised and so professional. I was checked in on every day whilst in hospital by Emily and even Salim would pop in to see if I needed anything. Nothing was too much. The hospital itself was impressive. The staff highly rateable and I felt very cared for and “in safe hands” my surgeon was very honest and in no way pushy. Infant I came back with more money after his recommendation. He too came to me every day post surgery to check over everything. I work in medical care and I would 100% recommended booking surgery and IRMET. Thank you for everything. I will be returning again next year.

From the word go with my coordinator David he helped with everything and anything even the question that must people would think are silly but he took the time to explain everything properly and that made me feel at ease, he helped me get everything booked and I paid my deposit, 4 months later I was on the way Optimed hospital for my gastric sleeve with Dr Ali Tardu, on arrival at the hospital we was welcomed by a very happy to see us translator that got us all booked into the hospital and shown to our room, most test were completed that night and then we got some sleep ready for the next day for the op.. op went amazing and the after care from the nurses and surgeon and staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for you making sure your always ok not in any pain and comfortable at all times.. I can’t thank everyone at Optimed hospital enough, even after returning home I wanted the video from my surgery got back in contact with David Turker and within 48 hours I had the complete file on my phone.. if you want a company that’s really cares about you and your health over profits booking surgery is the place to go, would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice about using them myself in the future 🥰!! THANKS AGAIN TO DAVID AND EVERYONE AT BOOKING SURGERY 💙

The duty of care has been 100% by the surgeon, care team & the translators, especially Bill who has gone above and beyond to make sure we have had the best stay in yasam. He really is the best and couldn't do enough ensure our stay was positive, and comfortable. Steve & Akin have attended to our needs tirelessly daily, along with all the other care colleagues and given the best care ever. The meals were not always good, but did have several options, although if you're English the combination of variety didn't always go together Protein is a big factor for recovery by the hospital, but the catering team need room for improvement based on protein meal choices. The cleaners cater to you're needs aswell not just to keeping your rooms clean and fresh bedding, they help in any other ways they can. I recommend yasam hospital for surgery and care, the team give 100% in everything they do Thank you floor 2 you've been absolutely amazing . ❤️

The interpreters were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, especially Bill who went above & beyond to accommodate us & our quirky ways. The nurses & care assistants couldn’t be more attentive & patient, and worked tirelessly to give round the clock care, especially Steve & Akin. The surgeon Dr Fatih was thorough in his examination & aftercare, I can’t thank everyone enough, and feel confident about the surgery I have had at Yasam hospital. There is room for improvements with meals, & could be better coordination in line with aftercare meal suggestions for recovery. Though you do get 3 meals a day & there is an area to get a drink or sweet snack. I do feel that everyone involved in our care gave 100% & recommend bookingsurgery.com & Yasam hospital for anyone considering surgery.

I had a fabulous experience with Booking Surgery for my breast augmentation. From start to finish the whole process was so smooth and easy, and made better by my co ordinator Pierre. He was kind and reassuring, and honestly couldn’t do enough for me. He responded swiftly to my questions and queries, nothing was to much for him and I’m so grateful! My surgeon, Dr Ömer Parıldar, was fantastic, and gave me exactly what I wanted. He was very involved with the process visiting me daily after the operation, which was great to ask any questions and put me at ease that my recovery was going well. The staff at Medistanbul were angels, from the nurses to the cleaners everyone was so friendly and caring in their roles. Some more staff from Booking Surgery is like to mention is David Tucker who came to visit me on the ward and chat, which was lovely to meet someone who’s an advocate for what this company can do to improve someone’s entire life! And also, Nadia, who frequently chatted with me made sure I had everything I need, she is a huge asset to this company and for me, the kind and reassuring smiling face you’d need at a time like this. Can’t recommend booking surgery enough! WOW. From first consultation, being picked up at the airport, the hospital and all the staff. I can’t fault one single thing! There is always a professional translator but honestly everyone’s English is so good! The nurses are so so attentive and nothing is too much, smiling from start to the finish of their shift. I felt so looked after at every stage. The surgeon went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t believe my new body, booking surgery has given me a new life. And I’ll be forever grateful So clean and you stay in the hospital your whole stay, regular check ups, monitoring and 24/7 care always! I don’t even have any flaws! I have had a gastric sleeve. The nurses are always smiling and so friendly. The after care is perfect. You always have an interpreter to hand. I was extremely nervous travelling to another country for surgery, but everything has been great.
