I had a Fleur de Lis booked through Booking Surgery and performed by Dr Ahmet Kormutlu. I was very apprehensive at first and scared. The coordinator responded quickly to any questions I had and offered reassurance throughout. Whilst here my companion and I have been treated well and nothing was too much trouble. I had a full health MOT before the surgery and guided through each stage. The support staff including Serhat, Nadia & Salim were all so helpful - great support. I’m so pleased with my results, the package I’ve been given for aftercare and follow up offered by Dr Ahmet. For anyone in two minds - go for it! Excellent service by Booking Surgery, great results

Myself and my mum both went to Turkey on 6th December both for a gastric sleeve and the experience we had was 5 star from the pickup at airport to the meeting rooms was enormous and spotless cleaned couple times a day I myself is terrified of needles and was very scared but all the nurses and staff was amazing nothing was too much for them and always checking on us constantly also since I've been home they have contacted me to ask how we are and the dietary person done a meeting overall the experience was amazing and any future surgery I will be using booking surgery as is my few friends next year the best out there 😀 ❤️ xx

Booking.surgery medicine hospital was 10/10 experience from the translators to the cleaners and the nurses. I was well looked after and they were super accommodating to my partner who flew out to me the next day! Selum and Mike were my Co-ordinators and we’re so reassuring and helpful! All questions you have they are happy to answer and always make time! The care itself was too class and I felt extremely comfortable all the way! My translators Matt and April were so so good and I couldn’t thank the team enough! The cleaners were always smiling and giving me hugs and it felt like a real family! 😊 massive thank you to the doctors including Dr Katar who directed my surgery and came to check on me also! This was such a great experience and I cannot thank you all enough! If anyone is looking to get any kind of bariatric surgery this is the place to go! ❤️😊

The clinic is very clean and the rooms are spacious the shower is lovely. The nurses are amazing and are always there for you when you need them.

I arrived Sunday for a gastric sleeve and from walking through the door the care and attention was excellent. The staff go above and beyond to care for you both physically and mentally. I had my surgery at 4pm Monday, it was a little frightening but a young nurse used her mobile to translate and talk to me which was lovely and definitely helped. Once in theatre I was sort to sleep the next thing I remembered was walking up on my way back to my room. The staff looked after me and made sure I was comfortable . The room is spacious and has everything you need. The cleaners deserve a gold medal, they work 24/7 none stop cleaning. My surgeon visited me each morning to check on me. All the staff were fantastic and I would highly recommend medicine hospital.

Fabulous hospital and staff. The nurses work incredibly hard to make everything comfortable for patients. The rooms are all cleaned multiple times per day. If you’re going take your own teabags and maybe Cadbury choc for the lovely nurses!

I don’t think I could have coped with my anxiety without my coordinator “Emily”. She was caring and consistent. From the beginning. Everything was organised and so professional. I was checked in on every day whilst in hospital by Emily and even Salim would pop in to see if I needed anything. Nothing was too much. The hospital itself was impressive. The staff highly rateable and I felt very cared for and “in safe hands” my surgeon was very honest and in no way pushy. Infant I came back with more money after his recommendation. He too came to me every day post surgery to check over everything. I work in medical care and I would 100% recommended booking surgery and IRMET. Thank you for everything. I will be returning again next year.

Had gastric sleeve in may 22 (Dr Tardu), been back for 360 FDL in Feb 25 and going back in sept 25 for breast implants and honestly the co-ordinator is always on hand, driver takes you to and from airport, hospital staff, nurses, translators, surgeon (Fatih), cleaners, all amazing and 100% recommend.

My coordinator has been Basak since 2019 , and I must say she has also become an amazing friend , she always help me make my decisions on what help I need , she is always there to see me when I arrive with flowers and makes sure I have enough snacks , as she knows I don’t like hospital food , in total I have been to Istanbul 4-5 times , I know everyone is different and go for different prcedures , and not all have the outcome they want , but for me I can say nothing bad at all about them , my aftercare has also always been great , if I have a question Basak always gets the Answer I need , food is not fab always comes cold , but the hospital I went to mediistsanbul was nice and clean , staff was alway good to me , and the interpreters was fantastic always there to answer. Every question I needed answered. They also help me with my flight since I get special assistance at the airport. The driver took me into the airport and waited until I went through passport control. he made sure I had everything I needed, of you have a question ask you coordinator, they may not be the quickest at answering but you also must respect they are also very busy , in all 5 star from me

Bonjour à tous, aujourd'hui je voulais partager avec vous mon expérience avec Booking surgery, au début j'étais très hésitante mais j'ai changé d'avis, j'ai envoyé le formulaire avec les données et immédiatement après Pierre Elliot m'a contacté, c'était un coordinateur fantastique qui m'a suivi pas à pas, il ne m'a jamais abandonné, il a toujours répondu à mes questions, il m'a accompagné du premier jour où nous nous sommes écrits jusqu'à aujourd'hui !! N'hésitez pas, mon chirurgien était le Dr Ali Tardu, également très disponible, gentil et toujours avec le sourire, les infirmières et tout le personnel de la clinique Yasam étaient fantastiques, je ne pourrais pas dire le contraire,Bill a également aidé mon mari pour le commandes de nourriture pour lui😅,il a été très disponible. Ma renaissance vers une vie meilleure commence avec ma manche gastrique !!! n'hésite pas….💪💪

I returned home yesterday after 360fdl, breast uplift and implants with the amazing Dr Emin. I have been so well cared for by everyone I have come into contact with. The nursing care received at Optimed hospital was perfect. I started researching surgeons and hospitals around a year post sleeve and everything kept bringing me back to booking surgery.com. Being an ex nurse I really wanted somewhere there was a complete hospital stay and I wasn't shipped off alone, to a hotel somewhere. I am a bit of a control fiend! I wanted to make sure I was as healthy as I could be pre op, I made sure my nutrition was on point, no drinking for 3 months, upped my exercise and for my return home I've got all my lymphatic massages booked, all my food prepped etc. I covered all the practical stuff. What I didn't prepare myself for at all was the mental changes that need to happen. Changing my dressings today and seeing my body in the mirror. (Id only had quick glances at the hospital when the nurses changed my dressings) to take the time today and actually see myself, the transformation is utterly incredible. I feel like they've put my head on someone elses body! It's going to take me a while to get used to looking so different! Hopefully my head will catch up soon. I don't know if Dr Emin understands how truly amazing he is?! My life will never be the same again!! I am eternally grateful 🙏 I have already paid the deposit for my 2nd surgery! And thank you David Turker for always being at the end of the phone xxx

I know I only did this once but so glad I used bookingsurgery.com for my gastric sleeve. The operation, the after care and the information was really good. My companion was looked after too. Thank you Mike Smith (Coordinator) for arranging and the follow up information and meetings. I will recommend you all to anyone who asks me how it went and is thinking of doing the same.
