Is it safe to have surgery in Turkey?
Turkey has many experienced surgeons and modern hospitals, and treatment for international patients is regulated by the Ministry of Health. As with any surgery, the key is choosing the right surgeon and hospital. We work only with experienced surgeons in hospitals and clinics that hold a health tourism authorisation certificate.
What does the all-inclusive package include?
Your package covers your hospital stay, pre-operative tests, the operation, anaesthesia, medication, VIP transfers between the airport, hotel and hospital, a medical translator and daily meals. A companion can travel with you at no extra cost. Your written quote lists exactly what is included for your treatment.
How much does treatment cost?
The cost depends on the treatment, your medical history and the length of your stay, so we give every patient a personal quote rather than a general price list. The quote is free and there is no obligation to book.
How long will I need to stay in Istanbul?
It depends on the treatment. Some dental and minor cosmetic procedures need only a few days, while major surgery usually means a stay of around a week or longer. Your coordinator will tell you how many nights to plan for before you book your flights.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. A companion can travel with you at no extra cost, and their meals are included during your stay. Many patients find it reassuring to have someone with them during the first days of recovery.
Will I be able to communicate with the doctors and nurses?
Yes. Our coordinators speak English, and a medical translator is with you at the hospital so you understand every step of your care and can ask questions in your own words.
What happens after I fly home?
Your coordinator stays in touch on WhatsApp and is available 24 hours a day. You can send questions and photos of your recovery, and we pass them on to your surgeon whenever needed.
