Had gastric sleeve in may 22 (Dr Tardu), been back for 360 FDL in Feb 25 and going back in sept 25 for breast implants and honestly the co-ordinator is always on hand, driver takes you to and from airport, hospital staff, nurses, translators, surgeon (Fatih), cleaners, all amazing and 100% recommend.

My coordinator has been Basak since 2019 , and I must say she has also become an amazing friend , she always help me make my decisions on what help I need , she is always there to see me when I arrive with flowers and makes sure I have enough snacks , as she knows I don’t like hospital food , in total I have been to Istanbul 4-5 times , I know everyone is different and go for different prcedures , and not all have the outcome they want , but for me I can say nothing bad at all about them , my aftercare has also always been great , if I have a question Basak always gets the Answer I need , food is not fab always comes cold , but the hospital I went to mediistsanbul was nice and clean , staff was alway good to me , and the interpreters was fantastic always there to answer. Every question I needed answered. They also help me with my flight since I get special assistance at the airport. The driver took me into the airport and waited until I went through passport control. he made sure I had everything I needed, of you have a question ask you coordinator, they may not be the quickest at answering but you also must respect they are also very busy , in all 5 star from me

Bonjour à tous, aujourd'hui je voulais partager avec vous mon expérience avec Booking surgery, au début j'étais très hésitante mais j'ai changé d'avis, j'ai envoyé le formulaire avec les données et immédiatement après Pierre Elliot m'a contacté, c'était un coordinateur fantastique qui m'a suivi pas à pas, il ne m'a jamais abandonné, il a toujours répondu à mes questions, il m'a accompagné du premier jour où nous nous sommes écrits jusqu'à aujourd'hui !! N'hésitez pas, mon chirurgien était le Dr Ali Tardu, également très disponible, gentil et toujours avec le sourire, les infirmières et tout le personnel de la clinique Yasam étaient fantastiques, je ne pourrais pas dire le contraire,Bill a également aidé mon mari pour le commandes de nourriture pour lui😅,il a été très disponible. Ma renaissance vers une vie meilleure commence avec ma manche gastrique !!! n'hésite pas….💪💪

I returned home yesterday after 360fdl, breast uplift and implants with the amazing Dr Emin. I have been so well cared for by everyone I have come into contact with. The nursing care received at Optimed hospital was perfect. I started researching surgeons and hospitals around a year post sleeve and everything kept bringing me back to booking surgery.com. Being an ex nurse I really wanted somewhere there was a complete hospital stay and I wasn't shipped off alone, to a hotel somewhere. I am a bit of a control fiend! I wanted to make sure I was as healthy as I could be pre op, I made sure my nutrition was on point, no drinking for 3 months, upped my exercise and for my return home I've got all my lymphatic massages booked, all my food prepped etc. I covered all the practical stuff. What I didn't prepare myself for at all was the mental changes that need to happen. Changing my dressings today and seeing my body in the mirror. (Id only had quick glances at the hospital when the nurses changed my dressings) to take the time today and actually see myself, the transformation is utterly incredible. I feel like they've put my head on someone elses body! It's going to take me a while to get used to looking so different! Hopefully my head will catch up soon. I don't know if Dr Emin understands how truly amazing he is?! My life will never be the same again!! I am eternally grateful 🙏 I have already paid the deposit for my 2nd surgery! And thank you David Turker for always being at the end of the phone xxx

Dentix staff where the most professional and thorough dentists I've ever visited and honestly even though I had 28 zirconium crowns, 6 fillings and 4 route canals it was the most painless dental visit I've ever had 😁😁😁...I'm over the moon with the results and would recommend Booking Surgery to everyone who wants to get any dental work done.. I can’t thank booking surgery enough!, first of all everything went easy and smoothly with my co ordinator David Turker, very helpful and because he’s been through it all before you felt you had all the information you needed! Secondly how amazingly my surgery went from pre op tests to post op care!, everything went perfectly and I’m 18 weeks post op and 76lbs down!, dr katar is a lovely friendly and talented man!, I would 100% recommend , thank you for giving me my life back!

This is my second time using BookingSurgery.Com, first was 12 months ago having a Gastric sleeve with Dr Tardu and this time having a 360 TT, Lipo, Muscle repair and arm lift with Dr Omer. Each and every staff member deserve a medal, they are so kind and caring and nothing is ever too much for them, they make you feel safe and well cared for. My coordinator David Turker has been fabulous answering all my questions and communicating with me throughout the process, again nothing has been too much trouble for him. A massive thank you to Dr Omer who really is such a lovely caring person, checking in on me regularly throughout my visit. Although only a week post op I’m completely overwhelmed by my results, they have far exceeded my expectations.. he truly is a genius! I genuinely cannot praise this company enough and have recommended them to a number of friends.

Just back from my second procedure through Booking Surgery with Penny River as my coordinator. First trip was gastric sleeve with Dr Ali Tardu at Optimed hospital and second trip was arm and thigh lifts with Dr Yalcin at Medistanbul hospital. I had the best experiences on both trips and could not fault a thing. From booking initially to arriving to doctor/nurse care to cleanliness to transfers. Everything went according to plan. I would never book with anyone else. This company go above and beyond for their patients.

I had my surgery in January 2025 and it was great. All staff were friendly and would do anything for me. Whenever I asked for anything like pain killers etc I would have it within minutes. Bruce was my co ordinator. Himself and his brother went above and beyond to make my experience so smooth. Bruce supported me in Turkey and my family in the UK which is more than I could ask for. This is my second time with booking surgery. First was with Ali tardu a year ago for a gastric sleeve, lost 9 stone in a year. He was amazing . I am travelling back today from medistanbal after breast uplift, implants and skin removal from my bra line with dr Omer . What an amazing team I had . Dr Omer was smiling all the time and asking what I wanted and if needed anything or had any questions . He visited most days after surgery . The nursing team and everyone else on the 4th floor were so caring, kind and helpful . Always around to help with a translator but most of the time there English was great and if they wanted they used google translate . The rooms are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The hospital could do with a microwave that would make life a little easier with food as the food is terrible lol but right next door is a mall with lots of shops and a supermarket so it wasn’t the end of the world . There is a toaster and kettle with some basic supply’s for everyone . Hair dryer in the room and towels provided if asked for . I am back again in October and I feel in very safe hands . Great service from initial contact and throughout the entire procedure, including the hight level of after care. Bruce Grayson the coordinator was fantastic, contactable to answer any questions prior to the trip, during and after once I returned to the UK. The hospital was very clean and modern, all the staff made me feel welcome.

My experience here was amazing. The staff, coordinator Bruce Grayson and surgeon were all very attentive, they seriously couldn't do enough. The moment we got to airport we were met and taken to hospital, we filled all paperwork out and then had all pre op. The morning of the operation was seen by surgeon and went down 9.30am went down and was back by lunch time. I have never felt so taken care of. I ended up needing a blood transfusion, but again the team were amazing, told me there was a small charge but I mean you can't put a price on health and I felt so much better afterwards. The Room was cleaned twice a day they were so friendly, left the place gleaming, even the staff that brought us food 3 times a day really cared about their jobs. Cannot recommend them enough. My Breast reduction and Lift was the best decision I have ever made Dr Hakan Fatih Merev was superb 👌🏼 I would definitely go back to him.

Cannot praise this company enough. From being picked up from the airport until I was taken back on the return journey every aspect of the experience was fantastic. I had a 360FDL and arm life and travelled alone. Dr. Emin is a genius but the coordinator (Robert), nurses, translators, cleaners, catering staff and taxi driver were all amazing. I felt extremely safe and looked after. Booked again to go back in April and have no worries. Robert has been amazing answering any questions to reassure me and nothing was too much trouble.
