Vaginoplasty, also called vagina tightening surgery or vaginoplasty operation, is a Vaginal Aesthetic surgery that aims to reconstruct, repair, or to restore the old tightness of an enlarged vagina.

Vaginoplasty is performed under general anesthesia. Mild pain and bleeding are expected after the surgery. The patients are expected to take their prescribed medication as instructed by their doctor. The patients are recommended not to perform heavy exercises or swim for at least a month after surgery. Keeping a healthy diet, not smoking, and resting should expedite the healing post operation. The patients can start to have intercourse at least 6 weeks after the surgery.
