¿Qué es la cirugía de Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo?

Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo, sinónimo de 360 Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo y Lipectomía de Cinturón, es una Cirugía Estética Corporal que tiene como objetivo crear una apariencia firme y tonificada en la parte inferior del cuerpo, incluyendo la parte inferior del abdomen y las nalgas, a través de la eliminación del exceso de piel y los depósitos de grasa alrededor de la parte inferior del cuerpo.

 

¿Por qué se realiza el Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo?

El Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo suele ser adecuado para los pacientes que tienen la piel muy flácida en la parte inferior del cuerpo, lo que a menudo se debe a una pérdida de peso muy rápida causada por cirugías bariátricas. Pero, los pacientes que tienen cualquier grado de exceso de piel en la parte inferior de su cuerpo pueden ser candidatos para 360 Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo. 360 Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo es una cirugía estética y no induce ninguna pérdida de peso que no sea el peso del exceso de piel eliminado.

 

¿Cuáles son las condiciones para someterse a un Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo?

 Las condiciones para un Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo son las siguientes:

  • El paciente debe ser apto para someterse a anestesia general.
  • El paciente debe tener exceso de flacidez cutánea y exceso de tejido adiposo en la parte inferior del cuerpo.
  • El índice de masa corporal (IMC) del paciente debe ser inferior a 30.

 

¿Qué hay que tener en cuenta antes de levantar pesas?

Antes de la operación:

  • El paciente debe estar en el hospital un día antes de su intervención para que se le realicen las pruebas preoperatorias.
  • El paciente debe dejar de fumar y consumir alcohol al menos 2 semanas antes de la cirugía para aliviar el riesgo de un coágulo de sangre.
  • El paciente debe evitar medicamentos que contengan aspirina o ibuprofeno (Advil, Motrin IB, otros) durante dos semanas antes y después de la cirugía. Estos medicamentos pueden aumentar el riesgo de hemorragia interna. Los pacientes deben confirmar cada medicamento y suplemento que deseen tomar con su Coordinador de Pacientes.
  • El paciente debe dejar de tomar suplementos Multivitamínicos 7 días antes de la cirugía, y si contiene vitamina K no debe usarse hasta 30 días después de la cirugía.
  • El paciente debe dejar de tomar anticonceptivos orales 30 días antes de la cirugía.

 

Además, se examinará y medirá el cuerpo del paciente y es posible que el cirujano tome fotografías para que el paciente pueda comparar el aspecto antes y después de la cirugía de Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo.

 

¿Cómo se realiza el Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo?

Al inicio de la intervención se administra anestesia general. Se realiza una incisión que rodea el torso, formando un círculo alrededor del abdomen. Se elimina el exceso de piel y grasa que se encuentra debajo de la incisión y se tensa la piel restante alrededor de las nalgas. En este momento también puede realizarse una liposucción. A continuación, puede realizarse una cirugía estética de abdomen o un lifting de muslos, dependiendo del paciente. La piel tensada se fija mediante suturas.

 

La cirugía, en promedio, dura 3 horas, pero puede durar hasta 7 horas dependiendo de las operaciones adicionales realizadas.

 

¿Qué hay que tener en cuenta después del Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo?

Después de la cirugía de Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo, el paciente debe hacer lo siguiente:

  • Permanezca en el hospital el tiempo de estancia recomendado.
  • Evite las actividades físicas extenuantes durante al menos 6 semanas después de la operación.
  • Lleve una dieta sana, ya que acelerará el proceso de curación.
  • Tomar la medicación prescrita por el médico.
  • Evite ejercer presión sobre la parte inferior del cuerpo.

 

Por lo general, el paciente puede reincorporarse al trabajo al cabo de dos semanas, pero debe tener cuidado de no realizar esfuerzos físicos y de no ejercer demasiada presión sobre la parte inferior del cuerpo.

 

¿Cuáles son los riesgos del Levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo?

 Al igual que con cualquier otra cirugía mayor, hay algunos riesgos asociados con el levantamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo. Estos incluyen, pero no se limitan a los siguientes:

  • Cicatrices
  • Dolor
  • Mala cicatrización de la herida
  • Seroma
  • Cambios en la sensibilidad de la piel
  • Sangrado
  • Infección
  • Reacción adversa a la anestesia
  • Resultado estético subóptimo, o posible asimetría.

My co ordinator was Robert Campell, he’s truly been fantastic, at the beginning he was great at responding to my worries and always making me feel at ease, and even now post op with anything I need, I never have to wait long for a response from him. Truly lovely person. I have to say all the coordinators are brilliant and happy to help with questions. Booking surgery as a whole has been brilliant, the social media groups, the support etc, they have everything from transfers, which is brilliant as they help so much with the airport when returning back home, the translators in the hospitals, they were fantastic, nothing was ever too much. What I really love about booking surgery is that you can take a companion with you who can share your room with you. This is an absolute game changer from other companies and I truly hope this remains in place. When booking loads of info is given re the surgeons and the hospitals. I was so happy with my surgeon and hospital, surgeon was fantastic, professional and respectful, the hospital was so modern, hotel like. First of all a big thank you to Bruce Who arranged everything from start to finish. I arrived at the airport where I was greeted by Denis who’s a lovely friendly driver who gave us water and signed us into WiFi. From the moment we arrived at yasam hospital the care was great. My partner and I were shown to our room which had enough room for us both and a hospital bed for my partner. The room was very clean and we had our own walk in shower room with toilet. I met the translator who spoke good English and between him and the staff it ran smoothly and.i had all my test done there and then. On the day of my op I was greeted nicely by Dr Nebil who is amazing by the way with the translater and made sure I understood everything that he suggested which was great very pleased with my result. After the op I was brought back up the care of the nurses r great and I wouldn’t change any of them. They got me up walking as soon as they could and there were very attentive to me . They check on you all of the time and were quick to jump on if something went wrong. Dr Nebil phoned on a Sunday checking that everything is ok that’s great commitment to his patients. I would definitely book with him again if I had any more work to be done . When it was time to leave they arranged wheelchair assistance for me and everything went well . My first experience was excellent and if I had to come back I would have my boobs doing only with dr nebil.
