I want to express my deep gratitude to ERA Clinic in Istanbul and the amazing professionals who work there. A special thank you goes to Dr. Vijdan Aslonoğlu and Surgeon Enes Yol for their outstanding care. I also want to highlight the remarkable Coordinator Sean Aller, whose professionalism shone through as he managed all my bookings and stood by me throughout the process every single day. I must also mention the wonderful Dilele Isik, who always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort and brought me refreshments like water and coffee. Furthermore, I would like to recognize Zaid Al-Ari, a polite and exceptional young gentleman. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental clinic. I would recommend booking surgery whole heartedly. My coordinator has been there for me for the whole 11 months of booking my procedure has answered questions quickly and efficiently and as been on hand for anything. I had a 360 FDL with DR. Fatih I would recommend his work especially on a male body! I was at Yassam hospital where Dr. fatih works from the hospital was clean, our room was cleaned multiple times a day and bedding changed there’s is male nurses as well as female nurses to assist with care and nothing was too much of a problem. Theatre skaters are on hand 24 hours a day and are based at the hospital so if there was ever a language barrier it was resolved quickly and effectively. I’m extremely happy with the results I have received. Rossie has been in touch since returning home which is also a nice touch.

I booked to have a gastric sleeve and the whole process from booking all the way through to returning home was amazing. Bookingsurgery.com were really helpful and very clear on what the plan was to make it very easy and not stressful. David Turker was my support and through the whole process he communicated again making it not stressful at all, the staff at the hospital couldn't do enough for you and it was like going to a private hospital in England where they really want to care for you.

Was very anxious at first but was recommended from a friend and I'm so pleased I went with it! I originally paid £300 for a consultation in the UK with a private UK hospital and received such a unwelcoming money making doctor who wanted £10K for the lift then was making me then pay for the implants separately! So I lost hope from this. Each doctor has different prices from Booking but they are all somewhat similar. But the value of money and the service received was beyond what I had in the UK. And I really appreciated being in hospital for longer than I would have in the UK as it was difficult moving etc. Translators are there all the time so never have to worry about miscommunication. Plus Google translate comes in handy too. My partner came with me which was great (I do recommend, if possible) he was looked after too!

Had a great experience with booking surgery when I went for my 360 FDL 6 weeks ago. I really felt as though I was in safe hands and couldn't be happier with my results. I'd recommend this company to anyone. So much so I'm going back next year!

Seamless from beginning to end. My coordinator Chloe, has been amazing. I never waited long for a reply to any of my questions. She's super friendly and helpful. My surgeon Dr Omer was amazing from my first meeting with him, to my final check before flying home. I am amazed by my results, I was hoping for great results and they're even better than I'd imagined. The nurses are so wonderful. Always happy to help, with a smile on their faces. The translators are such sweethearts too. The standards within the hospital are way beyond what we have in the UK. The food is okay, not always to my taste but I wasn't that bothered because my appetite dropped a fair bit during my stay. We got offered to stay in a hotel for our last night and I'm so glad. It was a 5* suite and I slept for a full 9 hours, felt like a new person in the morning. Thank you so much to everyone at Bookingsurgery.com

Highly recomending Booking surgery their agents will guide you through whole process and there will be no language barrier as they all speak English and ready to answer for all questions regarding procedure ,aftercare etc...Hospitals and surgeons are carefully selected for the best results and patient happiness is at first place in this company .Had face and neck lift and upper eye lid removal , with amazing surgeon Dr Sonner and results beyond my imagination .Thank you Booking Surgery

I 100% would recommend booking surgery for any plastic surgery you want!! From the first point of contact Chloe was amazing answering all my questions and being so helpful from booking my surgery to silly questions that I had all the way through the build up to my surgery, I was met at the airport by a lovely man who took me to the hospital, from every minute I was there I felt looked after by all the coordinators, to the nurses and doctors everyone was lovely helpful and so understanding even with the language barrier there is always someone around to assist and help you to understand, again I would 100% recommend booking surgery they were fantastic

I have just returned home following a breast reduction and uplift procedure with Dr. Emin, and I am absolutely over the moon with my results. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations, and the care I received was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment our driver collected us, everything ran smoothly. He arrived promptly at the arranged location, was incredibly helpful with our luggage, and even provided water and WiFi during the journey. On our return, he once again ensured everything was seamless, assisting us through check-in and making the process effortless. The nursing team, especially the Booking Surgery nurse, was outstanding—always on hand to assist and attentive to every need. The other nurses were equally kind and professional, with most speaking excellent English. The translators who met us on arrival were an invaluable part of the experience, providing consistent support throughout our stay. Chris even ordered us a Starbucks. The staff who delivered meals and maintained the room were warm and friendly. Dr. Emin himself was approachable, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. While I had initially hoped for slightly larger breasts, he carefully explained that overfilling them after the uplift could cause undue strain and risk complications like necrosis. His honesty and commitment to achieving the safest, most optimal outcome were deeply appreciated, and the results he achieved are nothing short of fabulous. Penny, my coordinator, was a support from start to finish, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. The hospital itself was pristine, situated in a convenient location with chemists, restaurants, and even a salon nearby. I visited Sunrise Hair for a blow-dry, which was very reasonably priced at £15 and done to a high standard. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the food, as the options (such as salads for breakfast) might not suit all international patients. However, this is a minor critique in an otherwise flawless experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Emin, and Booking Surgery team highly enough. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail have left me thrilled with both my results and the journey itself.

I visited Yasam Hospital on 08/07/24 for a tummy tuck, breast uplift and implants. My coordinator was Bruce Grayson and he was absolutely fantastic. Even to today I can message him and he responds and we have a good chat just about anything. He visited me in hospital and even ordered myself and my companion a treat when there. Dr Nebil performed my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. He is a genius and gave me exactly what I wanted. I’ve never felt so confident in my life and it was the best thing I’ve done for myself. If you’re thinking about doing it, please do! And use Bruce and Dr Nebil, as they will both make sure everything is perfect for you

I had a breast reduction and uplift surgery with Dr Funda on Friday and I’m very pleased with my results. She is very talented. My coordinator Penny has been very supportive in answering all questions and booking everything for me. The nurses and translators at the hospital have been brilliant too. 5* experience it’s such a scary idea going to another country for surgery but they have made it as comfortable and informative as possible. Would recommend :)

Myself and my partner both had a gastric sleeve coordinated by Robert who was amazing from start to finish...he made the process so easy and answered any questions pre and post op surgery...as for dr ali tardu and his team..they where amazing made us both feel at ease and performed numerous test before surgery...we where really in good hands...we arr now 4 months post op and 4 and a half stome down...im no longer on diabetoc medication and my bmi is now edgible for IVF which was my goal...if you have doubts DONT my only regret is not doing it EARLIER x

Booking Surgery for me has been great from first contact! My coordinator Robert Campbell has been a great help choosing my surgeon best suited to my operation needs, arranging my surgery date to suit me, great help for information throughout. I don't think this lovely man has days off either constantly replies anytime every time I reach out. Getting collected from our hotel that we booked for 1 night to fit in with our easy jet flights was no problem at all for booking surgery driver was polite, helpful and friendly and got us to optimed hospital with ease. Booking surgery's translator that day was Chris he was so caring and amazing at translating for me. He escorted me to my xray, ultrasounds and nurse appointments that afternoon and put me at ease. All optimed staff where lovely especially my sonographer he was so warm in character and calmed my nerves as he scanned areas of my body I felt uncomfortable exposing. The nurse team where beautiful, friendly and caring the head nurse was so so caring and could see the compassion she had for her job and looking after people. Cleaners came twice a day hospital was spotless! Food was provided for myself and companion 3 times a day. It was great quality healthy food. Portion size was always plentiful. A starter, main and 2 sides, juice carton and a yogurt! I could never finish and felt guilty wasting beautiful food. My surgeon Dr Emin Atli was caring with lovely manners and he has really did amazing work with my arm lift and asymmetrical breasts correction with reduction and uplift. He came and checked on myself daily always so polite and caring. Discharge was great with plenty of aftercare advice, medication and treatments to bring home. Transport again back to airport was outstanding. Our beautiful driver provided water and offering us great hospitality. He helped us checking in getting us special assistance and arranging wheelchair. He was absolutely a true gentleman. My coordinator Robert is still in touch with me and I have no concerns. I know my heeling is doing well I've been in minimal discomfort. I know if any thing goes wrong as my surgical sites heel he is just a message away to help get intouch with Dr Emin and i know help will be provided. But the way I feel in myself so soon after surgery I can only see me really reaching out to book my next procedures for fdl360 and braline lift as my incision sites look to be heeling so well 😃 my companion also had a hair transplant organised while we was away with booking surgery he will be leaving his own positive review also.

I 100% recommend booking with this company. I was treated like a VIP from the very first contact with my amazing patient coordinator Robert. He has been fantastic, any questions I asked he answered straight away, no matter the time day or night. Dr Nebil is a very gifted and skilled surgeon. I felt at ease with him immediately. He was very warm and friendly and Oscar my translator was absolutely amazing he couldn't do enough for me. He is a truly amazing person. Ellie my other translator was absolutely amazing too, she couldn't do enough for me. I left my phone in taxi, and she immediately phoned the driver and got it back for me within 5 minutes. The nurses are angels, the level of care was 100% top tier! I saw them all at every shift change, that's unheard of in the UK! I loved all the nurses. I would definitely choose this company again. If you want the best of the best contact Dr Nebil!

I would 100% recommend booking surgery. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Robert was my treatment coordinator and was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I may have. The hospital team work tirelessly from the cleaners, catering staff to the nurses who work tirelessly around the clock providing the best patient care you could ask for. I will always be grateful to Dr Nebil he has changed my life and has given me my dream body. He completed my 360 FDL and muscle repair and liposuction. Sat at home 13 days post op on no pain medication and super confident with my healing. Thank you 😊

I had my surgery back in July my coordinator was Rossie Williams, from the point of first contact Rossie was always on hand to give information and answer any queries I had regarding my face and neck lift which was with Dr Soner at Medistanbul. Rossie arranged everything for us down to the last detail such as pick up and drop off at airport. I was really touched that on my last day in the hospital Rossie turned up to see me before I left, only ever having WhatsApp discussions it was lovely to meet her in person and I must say I was quite touched that she'd gone out of her way to do this. The hospital and staff were really nice and I can't fault the care I had as their patient. Apart from the food I have no complaints the interpretors Morgan, Naz and Lily were always happy to go to the Mall behind the hospital for any foods I requested. I have recommended bookingsurgery to my friends and happily give Rossies number as first point of contact. Keep up the good work Rossie your amazing x
