O que são Fillers?

 

Filler é um procedimento não cirúrgico de Estética Facial que envolve a injeção de Fillers Dérmicos, substâncias semelhantes a gel, por baixo da pele para restaurar o volume perdido, suavizar linhas, atenuar vincos e melhorar os contornos faciais. O procedimento é minimamente invasivo e proporciona resultados imediatos.

 

Os Fillers permanentes, como o colagénio, eram populares no passado, mas ao longo do tempo foram substituídos por Fillers à base de Ácido Hialurónico, HA, que é mais adequado, uma vez que o Ácido Hialurónico ocorre naturalmente no corpo.

 

Porque é que as injecções de preenchimento são realizadas?

 

Os preenchimentos dérmicos oferecem uma forma fácil de eliminar rugas, suavizar linhas e restaurar o volume do rosto. A principal razão pela qual os preenchimentos dérmicos são preferidos é o seu método de injeção não cirúrgico que é minimamente invasivo.

Quais são as condições para os Fillers?

 

Os preenchimentos dérmicos são recomendados para os seguintes pacientes:

 

  • Os pacientes que não têm condições médicas que possam prejudicar a cicatrização ou aumentar o risco do procedimento.
  • Os pacientes que podem ser submetidos a anestesia com segurança.
  • Os pacientes que têm expectativas realistas sobre como os Fillers irão alterar a sua aparência.

 

A densidade do osso e do colagénio começa a diminuir lentamente a partir dos 20 anos, pelo que as injecções de preenchimento dérmico nessa altura manterão a perda de osso e colagénio.

 

Quais são os factores a ter em conta antes dos preenchimentos?

 

Antes dos preenchimentos dérmicos, recomenda-se aos pacientes o seguinte:

 

  • Os pacientes devem evitar tomar aspirina ou outros medicamentos anti-inflamatórios não esteróides, como Ibuprofeno, Advil, Motrin, Nuprin, Aleve, Celebrex, óleo de peixe e doses elevadas de vitamina E durante pelo menos 10 dias antes do procedimento.
  • Os pacientes devem informar o seu médico se tiverem um historial de um surto de herpes no rosto.
  • Os pacientes devem evitar procedimentos dentários, incluindo limpeza dentária, durante 2 semanas antes do procedimento.
  • Os pacientes devem parar de fumar e de consumir álcool pelo menos 2 semanas antes do procedimento para reduzir o risco de coágulo sanguíneo.

 

Os preenchimentos dérmicos não são permanentes e é de esperar que surjam nódoas negras e inchaço após o procedimento, mas diminuirão consideravelmente 48 horas após o procedimento.

Como são efectuados os preenchimentos?

O rosto do paciente será analisado para determinar quais as áreas do rosto que devem ser injectadas com Fillers. A anestesia local é então aplicada nas áreas e os preenchimentos dérmicos são injectados no rosto através de uma agulha fina. As áreas injectadas são depois massajadas e avaliadas para determinar se são necessários Fillers adicionais. O procedimento demora aproximadamente 20 a 30 minutos.

Quais são os aspectos a ter em conta após os Fillers?

Os resultados das injecções de Filler podem ser observados imediatamente após o procedimento e podem durar vários meses a anos, dependendo do paciente. Para obter resultados melhores e mais duradouros, é aconselhável manter uma boa saúde, bem como uma pele saudável e forte. Recomenda-se aos pacientes o seguinte:

  • Contactar o coordenador do doente se os sintomas de vermelhidão, inchaço, nódoas negras e sensibilidade após as injecções se prolongarem por mais tempo.
  • Aplicar compressas frias nos locais de injeção para reduzir o inchaço e diminuir a dor.
  • Limitar a exposição à luz solar durante as primeiras 24 horas após o procedimento.
  • Evitar exercícios extenuantes durante 48 horas após o procedimento.
  • Evitar tomar aspirina (a menos que seja medicamente necessário) ou outros medicamentos anti-inflamatórios não esteróides, como Ibuprofeno, Motrin, Nuprin, Aleve, óleo de peixe e doses elevadas de vitamina E durante 5 dias após o procedimento.
  • Evitar tocar ou massajar excessivamente as áreas tratadas durante cerca de 6 horas após as injecções.
  • Evitar procedimentos dentários durante 2 semanas após o procedimento.

Quais são os riscos dos Fillers?

 

O risco mais grave associado aos preenchimentos dérmicos é a injeção acidental num vaso sanguíneo. As complicações menos graves incluem as seguintes:

 

  • Hematomas
  • Vermelhidão
  • Inchaço
  • Dor
  • Ternura
  • Comichão ou erupções cutâneas

From the word go with my coordinator David he helped with everything and anything even the question that must people would think are silly but he took the time to explain everything properly and that made me feel at ease, he helped me get everything booked and I paid my deposit, 4 months later I was on the way Optimed hospital for my gastric sleeve with Dr Ali Tardu, on arrival at the hospital we was welcomed by a very happy to see us translator that got us all booked into the hospital and shown to our room, most test were completed that night and then we got some sleep ready for the next day for the op.. op went amazing and the after care from the nurses and surgeon and staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for you making sure your always ok not in any pain and comfortable at all times.. I can’t thank everyone at Optimed hospital enough, even after returning home I wanted the video from my surgery got back in contact with David Turker and within 48 hours I had the complete file on my phone.. if you want a company that’s really cares about you and your health over profits booking surgery is the place to go, would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice about using them myself in the future 🥰!! The duty of care has been 100% by the surgeon, care team & the translators, especially Bill who has gone above and beyond to make sure we have had the best stay in yasam. He really is the best and couldn't do enough ensure our stay was positive, and comfortable. Steve & Akin have attended to our needs tirelessly daily, along with all the other care colleagues and given the best care ever. The meals were not always good, but did have several options, although if you're English the combination of variety didn't always go together Protein is a big factor for recovery by the hospital, but the catering team need room for improvement based on protein meal choices. The cleaners cater to you're needs aswell not just to keeping your rooms clean and fresh bedding, they help in any other ways they can. I recommend yasam hospital for surgery and care, the team give 100% in everything they do Thank you floor 2 you've been absolutely amazing . ❤️

The interpreters were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, especially Bill who went above & beyond to accommodate us & our quirky ways. The nurses & care assistants couldn’t be more attentive & patient, and worked tirelessly to give round the clock care, especially Steve & Akin. The surgeon Dr Fatih was thorough in his examination & aftercare, I can’t thank everyone enough, and feel confident about the surgery I have had at Yasam hospital. There is room for improvements with meals, & could be better coordination in line with aftercare meal suggestions for recovery. Though you do get 3 meals a day & there is an area to get a drink or sweet snack. Can’t recommend booking surgery enough! WOW. From first consultation, being picked up at the airport, the hospital and all the staff. I can’t fault one single thing! There is always a professional translator but honestly everyone’s English is so good! The nurses are so so attentive and nothing is too much, smiling from start to the finish of their shift.
