After plastic surgeries performed by our surgeons in our hospitals, our patients have the right to free or partial paid revision based on the problems that may occur within the first year.

Revision requests are initiated by first contacting the patient coordinator at the end of the sixth month following the surgery. With the guidance of the patient coordinator, the patient should send an e-mail to the revision team via [email protected] address containing the patient's name and surname, the name and surname of the physician, the date of surgery, the type of surgery and current photos along with their concerns and their complaints.

Our team dealing with revision surgeries will evaluate the case together with the surgeon. These evaluations are finalised between 7-10 days depending on the intensity of the doctor and the patient is informed via e-mail.

The patient can follow the status of the assessment through the patient coordinator. After the free or partial paid revision is approved, the patient is given a date in accordance with the doctor's calendar/availability. The patient buys the flight tickets himself/herself. Medications and Covid test will be paid by the patient. All the rest of the organization is carried out by Bookingsurgery.com as in the first surgery.
