From the word go with my coordinator David he helped with everything and anything even the question that must people would think are silly but he took the time to explain everything properly and that made me feel at ease, he helped me get everything booked and I paid my deposit, 4 months later I was on the way Optimed hospital for my gastric sleeve with Dr Ali Tardu, on arrival at the hospital we was welcomed by a very happy to see us translator that got us all booked into the hospital and shown to our room, most test were completed that night and then we got some sleep ready for the next day for the op.. op went amazing and the after care from the nurses and surgeon and staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for you making sure your always ok not in any pain and comfortable at all times.. I can’t thank everyone at Optimed hospital enough, even after returning home I wanted the video from my surgery got back in contact with David Turker and within 48 hours I had the complete file on my phone.. if you want a company that’s really cares about you and your health over profits booking surgery is the place to go, would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice about using them myself in the future 🥰!! THANKS AGAIN TO DAVID AND EVERYONE AT BOOKING SURGERY 💙

5 star for medistanbul !! The most lovely staff throughout this whole journey! So helpful and I couldn’t have wanted anything more, so patient and kind, the hospital is spotless and all members of staff are extremely hygienic and make sure you are feeling as best as you possibly can be. I can not recommend booking surgery & medistanbul hospital enough! Will definitely be returning for any future operations xx

The duty of care has been 100% by the surgeon, care team & the translators, especially Bill who has gone above and beyond to make sure we have had the best stay in yasam. He really is the best and couldn't do enough ensure our stay was positive, and comfortable. Steve & Akin have attended to our needs tirelessly daily, along with all the other care colleagues and given the best care ever. The meals were not always good, but did have several options, although if you're English the combination of variety didn't always go together Protein is a big factor for recovery by the hospital, but the catering team need room for improvement based on protein meal choices. The cleaners cater to you're needs aswell not just to keeping your rooms clean and fresh bedding, they help in any other ways they can. I recommend yasam hospital for surgery and care, the team give 100% in everything they do Thank you floor 2 you've been absolutely amazing . ❤️

The interpreters were amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, especially Bill who went above & beyond to accommodate us & our quirky ways. The nurses & care assistants couldn’t be more attentive & patient, and worked tirelessly to give round the clock care, especially Steve & Akin. The surgeon Dr Fatih was thorough in his examination & aftercare, I can’t thank everyone enough, and feel confident about the surgery I have had at Yasam hospital. There is room for improvements with meals, & could be better coordination in line with aftercare meal suggestions for recovery. Though you do get 3 meals a day & there is an area to get a drink or sweet snack. I do feel that everyone involved in our care gave 100% & recommend bookingsurgery.com & Yasam hospital for anyone considering surgery.

I had a fabulous experience with Booking Surgery for my breast augmentation. From start to finish the whole process was so smooth and easy, and made better by my co ordinator Pierre. He was kind and reassuring, and honestly couldn’t do enough for me. He responded swiftly to my questions and queries, nothing was to much for him and I’m so grateful! My surgeon, Dr Ömer Parıldar, was fantastic, and gave me exactly what I wanted. He was very involved with the process visiting me daily after the operation, which was great to ask any questions and put me at ease that my recovery was going well. The staff at Medistanbul were angels, from the nurses to the cleaners everyone was so friendly and caring in their roles. Some more staff from Booking Surgery is like to mention is David Tucker who came to visit me on the ward and chat, which was lovely to meet someone who’s an advocate for what this company can do to improve someone’s entire life! And also, Nadia, who frequently chatted with me made sure I had everything I need, she is a huge asset to this company and for me, the kind and reassuring smiling face you’d need at a time like this. Can’t recommend booking surgery enough! WOW. From first consultation, being picked up at the airport, the hospital and all the staff. I can’t fault one single thing! There is always a professional translator but honestly everyone’s English is so good! The nurses are so so attentive and nothing is too much, smiling from start to the finish of their shift. I felt so looked after at every stage. The surgeon went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t believe my new body, booking surgery has given me a new life. And I’ll be forever grateful So clean and you stay in the hospital your whole stay, regular check ups, monitoring and 24/7 care always! I don’t even have any flaws! An amazing surgery with affordable prices, if you’re hesitating don’t! Just do it! My only regret is not doing it sooner! Thank you so much !

I’ve recently returned home from getting rhinoplasty surgery done with this company and I cannot praise them enough. My treatment by both my surgeon Dr Okan and all of the nurses, translators and cleaners was fantastic, they really helped in every way they possibly could and was always available whenever you needed anything. The testing prior to my surgery was so thorough and really reassuring that they take all safety measures before putting you under anaesthetic. My surgeon was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions and informed me in depth about every aspect of my surgery. I am also extremely happy with the immediate results and i’m sure i will be even more pleased when my nose has fully healed. My coordinator David Turker was also great with organising my surgery and excellent communication throughout my journey.

This was my first experience undergoing major surgery, aside from my C-section, and also my first time travelling abroad for a procedure of this nature. From beginning to end, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. It all began with my coordinator, Robert. I clicked on the WhatsApp link, and out of all the coordinators, he was the one assigned to me – and I couldn’t have been luckier. Robert has been incredible throughout the entire process. His responses were always swift, showing not only how hard he works but also how genuinely caring and attentive he is. I never once felt that any of my questions were too small or trivial; he always made me feel safe and comfortable, which was something I really needed. I honestly cannot thank him enough for his support. Upon landing in Turkey, my transfer was precisely where I had been told it would be. I was even able to chat with others headed to the same hospital, which helped ease my nerves. When we arrived, I was warmly greeted by the translators, all smiles, and promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Very soon after settling in, I was taken through a series of comprehensive tests—a full MOT for my body, so to speak! It was reassuring to know they were so thorough before the procedure. Later that evening, I was fitted with compression socks and tucked myself into bed, ready for surgery in the morning. Although I had a slight cough, the anaesthetist came to assess me and confirmed I was fit for the operation. Nervous as I was, I was reassured by the kindness of the staff as I was wheeled toward the operating theatre, even managing to take a few selfies with them along the way! I couldn’t help but repeatedly say, “Please make sure I wake up,” and they all patiently reassured me. However, just as the sedation began to take effect, my surgeon, Dr. Emin, made a last-minute decision, recognising that my condition was not entirely safe, and decided to postpone the procedure. I was wheeled back to my room, and I won’t deny it—I cried my eyes out. Although I was heartbroken that the surgery couldn’t proceed, I felt deeply reassured by Dr. Emin’s commitment to my health and safety above all else. He even visited me personally, showing such empathy for my disappointment. He checked his schedule and, to my relief, confirmed that he could reschedule the procedure for three days later if I was willing to stay. And stay I did. Three days later, I went through the preparation process once again, and this time, everything went smoothly. The surgery was a success. The aftercare was outstanding—the nurses were attentive, always available, and the room was cleaned twice a day. The coordinators continued to be helpful and accessible. In a time of considerable pain and discomfort, the level of care and support I received was a dream. If I had the resources for a second procedure, I would book with Booking Surgery again in a heartbeat, and I would choose Dr. Emin without hesitation. He truly is a magician. Soft-spoken, kind, and a great listener, he paid close attention to my goals, and his work is absolutely phenomenal. My body looks incredible, and my scars are beautifully neat and discreet. I’m genuinely grateful I took the time to research my options and chose him as my surgeon. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of perfect. It has been a dream come true, and I wouldn’t change a single thing.

I have had my gastric bypass over 2 years ago, and all I can say is that their service is impeccable and excellent! The way you are threatened starting from the coordinator, the surgeon, the nurses, translator, driver, and all the team involved, and the way they take care of you and they always answer any questions you might have is GREAT!!! 😊 Also the after care service of which is very important is excellent!! They guide you according about everything from self care to daily nutrition. Even after the operation they keep in contact with you as regards how you are doing and feeling and also to check your blood tests. Their dietitian team especially Dietitian Rachel is very helpful and will answer any questions you might have. She will gladly help you with a meal plan to follow after surgery depending on your stage, and even after years you had the operation just in case you are off track and you gain back a few kilos, she will gladly help you get back on track with suggestions and meal plan, and always replies to any queries at any time ❤️ lovely staff always there to help. Can't suggest them enough 😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

All I can say about bookingsurgery.com is WOW WOW WOW. From the very start to the end my experience has been seamless. I had the typical Mum body, sagging breasts from breastfeeding and hanging belly. I was so miserable and insecure. I knew I wanted this done and knew I had to travel alone from the UK which worried me and every single 'what if' entered my head. I found bookingsurgery.com off Google and my journey with them from booking to flying home was seamless. I under took a breast lift, implants, tummy tuck and lipo suction 'The Mummy Makeover ' Everyone were so professional and caring and they all went above and beyond for me. My coordinator was Rossie, who was amazing. Such a lovely, friendly and caring person. She came to meet me on my arrival and came to say goodbye at the end - she was only ever a whatsapp away. Rossie even said to contacy her about any concerns at home or for further aftercare. My Consultant was Dr Omer and he knew exactly what my desired outcome was, I left everything in his hands and he was spot on, he is truly a magician. Dr Omer personally came to see me himself always with a smile even to change dressings etc which instantly put my mind at ease. Honestly, every single thing and person during my experience have been outstanding and I will only return home a better person for myself and my family! I am a changed woman. So my partner and I went for some treatments last week. David Turker is our coordinator. I was staying at Optimed and had Dr Ahmet for an arm lift. I also had one tooth implant at the dental clinic in the city. My partner has a hair transplant and consultation for new teeth. The hospital was immaculately clean and the nurses lovely and so helpful even though they mostly didn’t speak English. There was a translator there in situ 24/7. Nothing was too much trouble for the translators. We decided instead of staying in a hotel my partner would stay in the hospital with me. This meant some running about the city for the translators but they took it in their stride. I’ve had 8 operations in my 65 years in the UK with the NHS and this hospital and nurses were 4 times better in every way. They treated you with respect unlike here where they often treat you like a child! The dental clinic was out of this world in terms of cleanliness and the modern latest equipment plus the female surgeon who did my implant spoke English but the translator was there anyway. She was quick and effective and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. Compare this to me having 2 implants with a dental surgeon in Scotland. I paid £12,000 for 2. In Istanbul I paid £435 plus my service was second to none and no messing about. My partner had to have extra ozone treatment as he couldn’t stop smoking so it was affecting the blood circulation on his head. They gave him 3 treatments plus on the last night transferred us to the Lionel, a 5 star hotel nearer his clinic to facilitate his treatment before we went to the airport. We paid no extra for all of this. BookingSurgery. One of our translators came with us right up to the security part in the airport carrying our luggage. I felt that each step of the way I was in good hands. I run two businesses and have a governmental job which means I’m used to being in charge. Here I gave over complete control to others because I had complete trust in them. It was great to know they could instruct me and everything would be perfect. We gave our 8 translators $200 tip to share as I don’t think they get paid a lot but they were so lovely. We will both be returning for teeth work and I’ll probably have a face and neck lift with Dr Ahmet. I think the only reason the UK media spread negative reports of bad experiences in Turkey is because they shame the UK in terms of pricing and professionalism. So here it’s £6,000 per tooth implant and there it’s £435! They’re making a profit at that so imagine how we’re being ripped off in the UK paying thousands because we have no choice. The NHS won’t give us implants even though we’ve paid into the system since the age of 16. PS I didn’t have weighr loss surgery but lost the weight myself over several years. So just needed Booking Surgery to sort out saggy arms. So you can still have plastic surgery without having to lose stones and stones. So absolutely well done Booking Surgery. You’re fabulous.

Today my time with Booking surgery came to an end. I cannot put into words how great my experience has been. It has been faultless from Booking the initial surgery which was a Gastric sleeve to leaving today. My surgeon Dr Katar has done an amazing job along with all his colleagues. Rachel the nutritionist gives so much detail into how to make your surgery a success and get the results wanted. I was on floor 5 and everyone of the staff gave 100%. The translators were amazing and got any answers to questions they wasnt sure of. The NHS in the UK could learn alot from coming over here and seeing how it's done. I can't thank them enough and I am looking forward to my fresh start.

Absolutely amazing! Booking surgery have literally changed my life! 🩷 Communication from the very start with my coordinator ( penny - also amazing btw 🩷 ) right to the very end was A***** I arrived at the airport, made my way to the meeting point and the driver was right there waiting for us bless him, provided water for the journey too! The hospital itself was so clean, so beautiful! All the translators were amazing ( little tip download Google translate incase you need to communicate before the translator can get to you ) I went on my own and I’m pretty sure everyone could tell how anxious I was but everyone and I mean EVERYONE gave me the best care! Not just for my sleeve aftercare but when I was upset or nervous or having a panic episode someone was straight there with me and that meant so much! So to everyone that was there with me the whole way through, ALL the nurses, the housekeeping staff, the surgeons I cannot thankyou enough for being there with me all the way when my life officially started again! My surgery was 25/7/24 and I’m 4 stone lighter! My mental health is so much better for making this decision! So yeah, I Would HIGHLY recommend! Thankyou so so much See you all again soon Xx
