My experience with Booking Surgery was just amazing! My coordinator Penny was very helpful throughout the whole experience and has continued communication post op answering any questions or concerns if have. The hospital was extremely clean and all staff very kind and helpful. The translators and the nurses at the hospital were amazing, always there to help and very caring! Dr Kagan Katar was just fantastic! he answered any questions that i had and made me feel very at ease. I felt very looked after through the whole experience including pre and post surgery.

Amazing experience of converting from a band to a sleeve. Professional and friendly service throughout my stay in Istanbul. Surgeon Ali Tardur was brilliant as were the nurses, interpreters and cleaners. Well done!

From start to finish with BOOKING SURGERY the experience has been one I will never forget. From the coordinator David Turker to the transfer driver and staff at the hospital I cannot find fault with them at all. My surgeon Kagan Katar was so professional it is unbelievable these guys go so far out their way to make you feel comfortable and at home with in these amazing facilities Yasam Hospital in Istanbul. I spoke myself out it last year but made myself come this year and I am totally amazed by the overwhelming hospitality I have received and the care team are the most important team going. They look after you before and once you come out your surgery which I may add is only about 2 hours. So anyone thinking seriously about this I would recommend these guys 150% can ask for any more from them made me feel so so welcome.

The hospital is clean, the staff are amazing and supportive. I highly recommend this company if considering surgery abroad xx

Good company to deal with I was given my own coordinator Rossie who dealt with all my questions quickly and efficiently, thank you, Rossie. From initial booking of surgery to return home everything ran smoothly. The hospital was nice and staff were friendly a big shout out to Mary one of the kindest compassionate nurses i have ever met you are a credit to your profession. There are interpretors on call 24/7 who are always willing to help. My one criticism us the hospital food which is aweful but sure this is out of tge companies control. However the interpretors Naz, Morgan, Lily, Nadia always willing to help and happy to go to the mall next door to pick up food for you if desired thank you guys, plus the little kitchen provided tea, coffee, protein shakes etc so you could rustle up tea and toast if needed. My surgeon was Dr Soner and he is the most wonderful humble person he certainly is incredably talented. I would use this company again and would recommend to friends and family.

All the staff were amazing especially the translators, Morgan, lily sorry can't remember the other translatorsname, but all were fabulous. Dr Soner was lovely and the hospital medistanbal was absolutely stunning. As was the shopping centre next door. A special mention to Penny my co-ordinator who was so helpful throughout the whole process. I can't find a single fault and would definitely use again.

My experience with Booking Surgery was great! My coordinator Mike Smith was very helpful throughout the whole experience and continues to be post surgery, always ready to answer any questions or concerns if have. The translators at the hospital were amazing, always there to help and very caring, especially Jake who always went out of his way to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The 24 hour care was very good, especially as I'm a worrier so I had a lot of questions. I feel a couple of the nurses could have been a bit more attentive though. Overall the whole experience was very very good and I felt very looked after through the whole experience including pre and post surgery.

I would definitely recommend Yasam Hospital! So clean, snack bar with drinks and refreshments all the time, a shop right next door and lovely view.

Dr Nebil is a fantastic surgeon who is incredibly kind and professional. His work is amazing and though I’m only 8 days post op I’m stunned with my results. Extended tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation and liposuction. Dr Nebil visited me twice a day during my stay to make sure I was ok and give me an opportunity to ask questions. Yasam Hospital is also brilliant. The nurses and translators couldn’t do more for me and clearly care deeply for their patients, no matter what I needed they were there. Even as I’m walking down the hallway the nurses would stop and ask if I was ok or needed anything. The hospital is very clean with cleaners coming into your room twice a day The only improvement to the hospital would be the food, the food was pretty bad and I didn’t eat it. Bruce my coordinator was also fantastic! He came out to see me and even paid for a cheeky take away for me and my companion. Any questions I’ve had he has answered quickly and is very attentive, Stella one of the translators at the hospital was also incredible! The whole group have done as much as possible for me and it’s now over to myself to ensure I heal well and look after my incisions. However, I have no doubt of the support I will get should any issues arise

My whole experience with booking surgery has been amazing. I was very nervous going on my own as I am from the UK but I was made to feel at ease straight away. My coordinator Rossie has been so helpful from start to finish, answering any questions I had. My surgeon Dr Okan was also brilliant. I am very happy with my results post op. The whole team at booking surgery were fantastic and very friendly. I would definitely recommend having any surgery with them.

I will recommend Booking Surgery to anyone looking to have weight loss surgery. The staff are super friendly. The translators , the nurses and my surgeon were all kind and lovely people. The surgery was a huge success and I have had zero problems. I was sleeved on 3rd June 2024 by Dr Ali Tardu and I have so far losed just under 2 stone (28lbs). I have one complaint though and I really hope that this message is relayed to the team in the the Theatre room and this stops happening. My arms were both strapped down so I was in a crucifix position before I was given anaesthesia. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO YOUR PATIENTS. It feels super restrictive and you feel terribly vulnerable. I was not worried or scared at all at any stage (which I know is rare and most people will already be nervous and scared) but when I was strapped down and couldn't move my arms I did start to panic and had to gesture to release one hand. I then told the non speaking English team there "sleep first, sleep first" The translator said goodbye to me as I went down in the lift to theatre so please make sure you tell your translator that you want to sleep first before being strapped in. That is all I can find to complain about though. I recommend Booking Surgery 100%.

My whole journey with Booking.com has been exceptional from start to finish. Beginning with my wonderful coordinator Chloe who made everything so easy and straightforward and always being there for any questions I had. My driver was so lovely. My interpreters Lily, Morgan and Naz are the best and kindest people. All nurses are so wonderful and attentive. I felt totally looked after 24 hours a day. Last, but certainly not least the face magician that is Dr Soner Karaali. He has changed my life. My facelift results are incredible. Thank you so much to all of you wonderful people. Dawn x

At the hospital the staff was super carefull. Only 1 thing disturbed us was the last driver who took us to the airport to go back home. We nearly got sick in the van besides the fear of an accident .He drove at a very high speed of 170 miles per hour . You can inmagine a trip that was soppose to take an 90mins took only 55mins. I saw the speedometer. Only that thing disturbed us . Regards
