How do I book a surgery?

Simply fill the “Get Your Free Quote” form and a Patient Coordinator will assist you with the process.

What will the stay be like?

Booking Surgery offers a full hospital stay to ensure that the patient receives the best medical care. An in-patient coordinator and a translator will always be accessible throughout your stay as well.

Do I have to arrange transportation?

Every surgery with Booking Surgery includes complimentary transportation to and from the airport. Your Patient Coordinator will arrange your transport. Our transport team will greet you at the airport when you arrive and will drive you to the medical facility you’ll be staying at. The Treatment Schedule that will be given by your Patient Coordinator will have more details.

Am I allowed to bring a companion?

Each patient is allowed to bring a companion free of charge and both the patient’s and their companion’s meals are complementary.

Can I book my plane tickets through Booking Surgery?

Absolutely! Bookings Surgery offers surgery packages with or without plane tickets, your Patient Coordinator will help book your plane tickets.

Can I purchase any medications at the hospital?

Take-home medications are included in our packages, additionally vitamins and special bariatric protein shakes are available to patients at a discounted price.

I have just had surgery at Medistanbul with Dr Yalcin. I had 360fdl and breast uplift. The experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Interpretators Lily, Morgan, Naz and Frank where quick to solve any issues that I came across and were super friendly. I personally never had any issues with the food at the hospital. I just never had much of an appetite after surgery but gave things a try. All in all a wonderful experience to be had and I would definitely recommend ☺️

I know this amazing team since 2017 specially Basak, she is a sweet person that was always by "my side" though I am in Ireland and she is in Turkey. Due to a complication caused by the removal of my gallbladder in Ireland, they caused a huge issue to my stomach, I need to urgently correct what was wrongly done. I contacted Basak and in the space of a month I had all booked and was travelling to Turkey to sort my health problem. I did a bypass with Dr Ali Tardu but let me tell you all since I arrived. Landed in the airport on Thursday and the transfer was there waiting for me and my husband. When we arrived in the hospital (that I keep calling it hotel as it seems more a hotel than a hospital) there was the translator waiting for me from bookingsurgery.com, took me to the room where me and my husband were going to stay. Big room with closet, sofa, toilet, and 2 beds. Was waiting for us as well our dinner (different as I was going for the surgery next day) fruits and water. The same day I went to several exams as they do not proceed with any surgery without making sure we are ok to do it. Friday morning Dr Ali Tardu visited me in the room to let me know what was going to happen, after the anesthesia doctor came as well, I was weighted, and all bloods done Thursday and Friday. Went to the surgery room and came back to my room in few hours and all the pos-surgery work started. Nurses 24/7 around me, pain killers, all medicines needed were there waiting for me. Then started the recovering process, walking (walked already on Friday few hours after the surgery) and drinking small sips of water on Saturday. Was able to have a shower Sunday and the best of the best, I was able to go out for a walk on Monday. Yes, 3 days after the surgery I was walking outside the hospital. I fly back to Ireland Tuesday next. I do not have enough words to thank Basak, Mike my coordinator, Bruce and all the translators team that was 24/7 in the hospital. To all the nurses, the cleaning ladies, everyone made my stay there excellent. Thank you for all the meals my husband had, the snacks, all that was provided to him while being my company in the hospital, nothing lacked to him. I brought with me all necessary documents, the medicines needed to pass in the airport and present to my work place. People might be scared but this team are highly professionals and their aim is our comfort, health and wellbeing. First of all a big thank you to Bruce Who arranged everything from start to finish. I arrived at the airport where I was greeted by Denis who’s a lovely friendly driver who gave us water and signed us into WiFi. From the moment we arrived at yasam hospital the care was great. My partner and I were shown to our room which had enough room for us both and a hospital bed for my partner. The room was very clean and we had our own walk in shower room with toilet. I met the translator who spoke good English and between him and the staff it ran smoothly and.i had all my test done there and then. On the day of my op I was greeted nicely by Dr Nebil who is amazing by the way with the translater and made sure I understood everything that he suggested which was great very pleased with my result. After the op I was brought back up the care of the nurses r great and I wouldn’t change any of them. They got me up walking as soon as they could and there were very attentive to me . They check on you all of the time and were quick to jump on if something went wrong. Dr Nebil phoned on a Sunday checking that everything is ok that’s great commitment to his patients. I would definitely book with him again if I had any more work to be done . When it was time to leave they arranged wheelchair assistance for me and everything went well . My first experience was excellent and if I had to come back I would have my boobs doing only with dr nebil. Highly recommended for treatments! The whole process from booking my sleeve to the treatment and care was outstanding. I was given full information on the treatments & payments process. I paid deposit and booked my flights. On arrival friendly driver collected me and my companion. We arrived and quickly escorted to our clean and spacious rooms. I met Dr Ali who explained the procedure and I did all the tests to make sure I was fit to go through with it (xray, weight, scan) they do not let anything pass, and if you do not pass the tests, they will not operate, which was worrying but at the same time brought myself and my family great trust and confidence in the hospital as they clearly think safety first. The staff greeted my sister and I and every staff change they made sure to let us know all said goodbye. I can’t remember all staff names but Salim, the red hair lady nurse, the man one that spoke Portuguese with me and Rachel were top top staff (also many other that I can’t remember names sadly). They really made us feel welcome and showed genuine care! The cleaning staff were also polite and made sure our room was clean throughout. There were toiletries available to use and snacks available. I was taken to my surgery and it went smoothly. I was constantly checked on to make sure I was ok. Went for a gastric sleeve last week, the care I got was amazing, nothing was ever to much, interpreters were amazing, the nurses would come in and check on you ask if you need anything if you needed pain relief or wanted to ask something they would come straight away, the room was so big, cleaners came in every morning was very clean, surgeon came to check on you after surgery, my coordinator Bruce was amazing if I had any questions he was happy to help, responded very quickly, would definitely recommend booking surgery.
